We do not collect any personal data. All the information that you input in WaldenVibes (emotions, special moments, stress records), is stored only in your device, locally.

FAQ and IT support

Q: How can I export my data? A: Go to Tools > Export Data > Export as Text or PDF. You will be able to save or share the generated report.

Q: Can I sync my data between my devices? A: No, WaldenVibes stores your data locally in your device, so data sync between devices it's not possible.

​

Q: How do I delete all my data? A: Go to Tools > Settings > Data Managment > Clear All Data > Confirm selection.

Q: The app is not playing the meditation sounds / songs. A: Verify that your device volume is on and that silent mode is off in your device. 

​

Q: How can I change the language? A: Go to iPhone > Settings > Apps > WaldenVibes > Preferred Language > Choose the language

​

Q: The notifications are not working A:  Go to your device > Settings > Apps > WaldenVibes > Alow Walden Vibes to access > Notifications > Make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled.

  • iOS model and version

  • Detailed description of the problem
